The technology that sets us apart from competitors

We do not “assemble sites on a website builder”. We engineer products on a modern stack that delivers speed, a wow-effect, brand recognition and conversion — the things clients are willing to pay for.

Animated sites that stay fast

Angular, React, Vue, Astro and vanilla JS — we pick the framework for the task, not out of habit. Complex interfaces that stay fast on any device.

Speed and a technical SEO baseline

Static generation keeps speed at the core, and we check Core Web Vitals before handover. Semantics, meta tags and schema.org are baked in from the start — no “fix it later” rework.

Content edits without a developer

Strapi, Payload, Sanity, Directus: content in an admin panel, frontend decoupled. One backend feeds the site, the app and the marketplace at once. No ticket needed.

Automation & AI, done right

Not just a CRM, but a process map plus AI agents and integrations with telephony, mail, warehouse and ERP. Routine disappears and deals move on their own. No extra headcount.

Chatbots and AI that catch leads

ChatGPT assistants, document recognition and autonomous agents right inside your product. Where AI saves hours is measured on your own processes before anything is implemented.

Transparent process, 24/7 access

A fixed estimate, weekly demos and 24/7 access to the task tracker. You watch the progress instead of waiting for “delivery”. Anything outside it happens only once you agree.

Progress and acceptance criteria

Acceptance criteria are agreed in the contract before the start, and progress shows in a weekly demo — so delivery day is not a vote on taste.

Guarantees and terms, in writing

30 days of free warranty after launch, clear milestones and full ownership of code and accounts. No vendor lock-in. Timelines and acceptance terms are named there too.

Support after the site goes live

Maintenance, monitoring and product growth. We stay close once the site is live and needs to keep scaling. Uptime monitoring and backups sit in the care packages.

One project — from idea to launch

We study the business and the process to accelerate.

We design the interface and architecture to scale.

What we write into the contract

This is not a marketing list: a manager repeats exactly these points on the call and in the estimate. If your lawyer wants a clause that is not here, we will say honestly whether we can stand behind it.

Your 3D model lives on your own site

A model with its textures is one file, 1.5–8.5 MB, served by your own hosting — no third-party service, no paid player, no borrowed scripts on the page.

The site opens fast, even with 3D

The model and the 3D renderer load only when you scroll near the scene, so the first screen arrives without a wait. A fast site is comfortable for the customer and useful for Google.

The next model is already loaded

While the page is being read, the remaining models arrive one at a time in the idle moments, so switching between products is instant — no waiting spinner.

Animation instead of heavy video

A vector animation weighs 7–8 KB instead of megabytes of video, stays sharp on every screen and does not spend your visitors’ bandwidth.

It works only while you watch

The 3D scene and the animations pause as soon as they leave the screen, so the page stops loading the processor in the background — no warm phone, no drained battery.

Comfortable when motion gets in the way

If the device has reduce motion turned on, the animation becomes a still frame carrying the same information, so nobody misses the point because of the loop.

What people say after launch

Quotes taken from working threads — rough edges included.

The price was higher than what I had set aside, and at first I did not want to agree. A freelancer before them had promised a turnkey store for half the money, but before him I had two shop windows where the payment simply did not go through. For the first days it annoyed me that there was nothing to look at: they asked about stock and about where an order is supposed to land, and showed no mockups. Then it turned out half my enquiries were getting lost in DMs because I did not open them for weeks. I see all of them now. Edits go into the Telegram chat, a day or two and it is done.
Олена Г. founder, beauty store
Two London agencies quoted double and both wanted a January start. These ones started in November. I did not manage to defend the parallax on the case page — they talked me out of it, and rightly, because on a phone it would have been a mess. In fact the site never went down once during the raise and nothing surprising happened at the finish, although we fought with the analytics for one evening. Mail sent at 23:40 gets an answer within the hour, I checked three times.
Mark S. CEO, investment firm
I needed one page with booking, nothing cosmic. Three weeks, on budget. I cannot say how many bookings there are now — I still keep them in a notebook, the way I always did — but at night the phone finally stays quiet.
Дмитро Г. service owner
Aggregators took 15% commission even on the nights we had brought in ourselves from Instagram, and that annoyed us more than anything else. With our own booking the main fear was that it would break in the middle of the season. It has not, although for the first month I checked every request by hand. Guests say they find us on Google. We re-shot the photos twice, and that one was on us: the first set came out dark, and January has very little daylight. I change the holiday prices myself now, they taught me.
Ірина С. hotel manager, Carpathians
They costed the budget at the start and never changed it — probably the main thing I can say. I ordered the site to put a link to it in client contracts, and I am not ashamed of it. At weekends replies are slow, sometimes until Monday. I allow for that now, but it would have been useful to know in advance — nobody told me.
Сергій М. managing partner
Forty sellers, payments reconciled in spreadsheets. For months I could not get a straight answer on what marketplace development costs — everywhere it was an MVP first, six months, then we see. Here they built a single cart with split payments in 18 weeks. I did not sleep before launch because I was afraid the money would go to the wrong sellers. The first year brought 8.2 million hryvnias in turnover, although that is certainly not down to the site alone. And one more thing: they worked out when it would pay off instead of how many hours it takes, and talked us out of a cashback we did not need yet.
Наталія К. co-founder, marketplace
I am in Manchester, so I braced for timezone problems and for having to explain everything twice. None of it happened — in Slack they answered faster than my local contractor. The store is in English and runs without hiccups. The one thing I can hold against them: the mailing list only came up in the third week, although I had asked for it from the start.
Helen M. founder, home goods
not a client · we declined
I do not understand why it is so expensive. I asked for a site for ten dollars, because a mate of mine does them in an evening, with animation. I figured they would name a number, I would haggle, done. Instead: a contract, stages, an audit first. They costed a domain, email, a forty product catalogue and payments — forty five thousand. Why would I need that much, I can build it myself on a builder for five hundred. I left one star so that people do not believe a website costs as much as a phone.
Ігор Р. sole trader
Half a year we argued over whether we needed a CRM or Excel, and we paid for three tools that do not talk to each other: deals in a spreadsheet, the owner without margin, the warehouse writing on WhatsApp. We launched, and for the first month my managers pretended nothing had changed, because the old way was more comfortable. The payment screen was rebuilt three times, and there the question is on them — nobody asked us how we work. Now from lead to shipment it is all in one window instead of three. Calls are recorded, and it finally came out which of my people had promised somebody a discount.
Роман Т. sales director, wholesale
Bookings no longer get lost in messengers. The site holds the free slots itself and takes the deposit itself; the receptionists exhaled, because before they spent every evening rereading the chat. Honestly, online bookings did not grow right away, but at last I can see what we actually have.
Оксана Л. studio manager
I take half a star off not for the site but for the API documentation — I had to drag it out of them, and then we spent a week repairing the warehouse integration because they changed the statuses a week before the finish. On the other hand the budget did not grow: costed at the start, and four months later the total was exactly that. We came in with a spreadsheet holding all our cargo and I had no idea what a dashboard like this costs. People use it every day now, and there are noticeably fewer calls asking where my cargo is.
Андрій М. product director, logistics
I am happy with the work, but I take a star off. The section about us was reworked many times; some of those edits were mine, some were not, everything just moved slowly. The price never changed, and I count that to their credit. The site is fast and enquiries came, although I still take them by email rather than in a proper system — we had not agreed on that, but it is bearable for now.
Максим Г. private developer
My old page would not let me show a portfolio properly, and that was my only complaint. Now people arrive ready to agree, having just opened the link. I spent a month and a half gathering photos and dragged the deadline along with me — there were no fines and no nerves from their side, and for that I am grateful. How any of it is written I do not know and do not look; the admin panel makes sense at a glance.
Яна Д. interior designer
not a client · refused to clone
I asked for a site exactly like the competitor, one to one: same colour, same text, same photos. He is making money, so the scheme works, and they say no, we do not do that. I also suggested buying his domain with one extra letter, it is like 200 hryvnias, why drag it out. They refused that one too. I offered 70% upfront to a card, and they want a contract and stages instead. They told me I am shopping for cheapness — fine, I am still shopping. They did not take an easy forty thousand, maybe that is right, but without me.
Тарас Б. startup founder
Enrolments grew in the very first month, although I cannot say how much of that is the site and how much is that we finally put the schedule in one place. It is the first site my students use on a phone without asking where the button is. Half a star because in the first week I could not find my own password in the admin area, and it took two videos before that was over.
Катерина Р. language school founder
Three thousand items in the catalogue and the server holds it. That is the part I am willing to sign for, because the two contractors before them broke on exactly this. Search is instant, and the sales reps no longer mail price spreadsheets. The interface is not beautiful, I asked for something else, but it does not affect speed, so I did not go to war over it.
Володимир С. sales director, construction
I came in with the site needing to look expensive, and with a conversation in which I could not phrase half of it myself. They understood. There is animation, and it still loads fast — I did not believe that happens with motion. I did not like the first version of the home page, and they rebuilt it although I gave them no argument at all: I could not say what I wanted.
Софія К. fashion brand founder
The 1C integration came up, and that is the reason we started any of this. Half a star off for the handover into the admin panel: it dragged on, I did not read the documents myself, but the person who walks you through the interface only turned up in the third week. The questions stopped once they sent a separate guide. All in all it is a working tool, and the warehouse no longer keeps its count in a notebook.
Богдан І. director, auto parts
Patients from the site come every week, and I track it in a plain spreadsheet, so I can say that exactly. They gave real timelines, no tomorrow, and did not raise the price afterwards. Besides the site they also set up Google Business, and I think that is when we started showing up in search. Not everything in the admin panel is clear to me; for now I keep asking my colleagues.
Ліля Б. clinic manager
not a client · refused free work
I asked them to redo my site for free, because it is only buttons, and to do it in an hour. They answered that nobody does good work for free, and I took offence. I paid them nothing and I am not going to, but let other people know: somebody then sits and unpicks those only buttons for hours.
Дмитро Р. sole trader
We inherited an unfinished React app from a team that dropped the project halfway. They did not rewrite it from scratch and did not charge for one either — they took apart what was there and finished the dashboard we showed investors. Everyone else said not to touch somebody else’s code, so the fact that they agreed struck me as odd at the time. And one more thing: twice I was told that what I wanted was technically silly, and both times it turned out to be true.
Євген Б. SaaS founder
Our budget is small and the organisation is nonprofit. They costed it honestly and even cut part of what I had asked for, because it does not bring donations in. That decision does not grow their own invoice, and I noticed it. There was no pressure to add something else. The half-week delay was on my side, waiting for a document from our accountant, and nobody once brought it up.
Марта С. NGO coordinator
I change prices and stock myself, without a developer, and the project has already paid for itself on that alone. It used to take up my Monday evening. Demand here is seasonal and spikes in summer, and what matters is that the site does not fall over in the heat — so far it holds. I did not want a CRM at first, it struck me as something for office people, but they explained it without any talk of digital transformation.
Остап В. farm owner
Three stars, and my complaint is not about the site but about the handover. The work is quality and the team knows their stuff, but halfway through the project the manager changed and I re-explained things I had already said twice. The site turned out lovely and every question was closed. I think they have tightened that process since, because a friend of mine in March had nothing like that to say about the handover.
Дарʼя В. learning centre manager
Six locations, six booking pages, one system. I was migrating off WordPress and the blog rankings in Google scared me most — they did the redirects and traffic did not dip, although our analyst would say it better than I can. There was other stuff too: two pages did not get approved at the first pass, and for a week I started quoting a different studio to compare. They did not take offence, they costed it again and showed where they are cheaper.
Максим Т. fitness studio chain
I ordered it to sell, not to look pretty. For the first weeks I regretted spending that much — until I saw the average cheque go up. I do not regret it now, although by the standards of our market it is a lot. I do not like long threads, they answer short, and for me that matters more than a nice call in Zoom.
Іван К. store owner
My WooCommerce took forever to open on a phone. They replaced the front end and you feel it by hand, without any numbers. They wrote speed and SEO into the contract as a separate line — that is why I gave it to them and not to a freelancer asking half as much. The problem was on my side: for three weeks I could not hand over the domain access, and nobody turned it into a scandal.
Павло С. founder, eco goods
We change the menu every few weeks and I do it myself — that was the one requirement I held on to. Table booking works, guests write that they choose us because of the photos, even though I shot them myself on a phone and thought they looked bad. The price stayed where it was, but I asked for the first menu layout to be redone twice.
Тетяна Р. cafe owner
Three weeks before the season, and I wrote to four studios — two said they physically could not make it. These ones took it. Bookings from the site tripled, and they showed analytics in a way where I can see which line the money comes from. My part of the story is bad: I delayed the tour photos and because of that we went live on the last night. Half my team are still getting used to the new admin, and that one is certainly not their fault.
Олег П. travel agency
They made the deadline and stayed with the amount we had agreed. The site is alive and brings orders. Small tweaks were answered the same day, even though I asked three times and the small stuff was my own fault.

DEXA online · we reply within a day

Hi! I’m from the DEXA team. Pick a question — I’ll answer right away, no “a manager will call you back”.

How much does a website cost?

Ready "Start 500" build (site-card or landing) — from $506 (₴21,000), Site-card · Lite (1 page, custom layout) — from $699 (₴29,000), Landing · Lite (a layout built for the offer) — from $699 (₴29,000), Corporate site · Lite (up to 7 pages, custom layout) — from $1,325 (₴55,000), Online store · Lite (up to 100 products) — from $1,446 (₴60,000), Process automation · Lite (on ready services) — from $2,410 (₴100,000), AI chatbot · Lite (one channel, an answer base) — from $723 (₴30,000), Web app / SaaS · Lite (MVP, one role, one module) — from $4,819 (₴200,000), Redesign · Lite (selected blocks, structure kept) — from $241 (₴10,000), Speed & technical fixes — from $241 (₴10,000).

The exact figure is fixed in the contract after a free brief — it depends on functionality, page count, languages and integrations.

Our prices are published rather than "on request", because a range before the work starts is more reassuring than a budget conversation after it.

What are the timelines?

Ready "Start 500" build (site-card or landing) — 5–7 days, Landing · Lite (a layout built for the offer) — 2–3 weeks, Corporate site · Lite (up to 7 pages, custom layout) — 3–4 weeks, Online store · Lite (up to 100 products) — 5–8 weeks, Custom CRM · Standard (pipeline, roles, reports) — 6–10 weeks, Web app / SaaS · Lite (MVP, one role, one module) — 10–14 weeks.

The stage plan and the delivery date are in the contract, and progress shows in weekly demos rather than only at handover.

If a stage slips because of us, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

What does a one-page site cost, and is it enough for a sole proprietor?

Start 500 from $506 (₴21,000) gets you a page built on our design system in 5–7 days: what you do, proof of it, contacts, a Telegram lead form, a map and a mobile layout.

For a sole proprietor or a service professional this is often the smarter start than a full site — cheaper, faster, and it catches the same search queries.

It grows into a multi-page project later without rebuilding the base.

Do you work with sole proprietors and companies? What paperwork do you provide?

Yes — we work under a contract.

You get an agreement listing the stages and amounts, an invoice and a signed act of works: the pack any accountant expects and any tender or report requires.

If you need specific wording (VAT, currency, dates), we settle it before signing, not after.

Who owns the site and the access after launch?

You do.

The domain and hosting are registered to you, and the code plus admin, analytics and repository access move to you at the final stage — it is a named clause in the contract.

A studio should not hold your project hostage to a subscription: you can take everything you paid for and move to another team.

What is included in the price and what is billed separately?

The package covers design, the mobile layout, development, the technical SEO baseline (structure, meta, speed), a lead form that delivers to Telegram or email, analytics and the copy we write, plus a 30–90-day warranty after launch.

Separate are the things you buy in your own name: domain, hosting, paid services and subscriptions, a photo shoot, ad budget.

Which of these your project needs is listed in the estimate before we start, so "separately" never arrives as a surprise.

Can we pay in instalments?

Yes — we split the payment: 30/40/30, 50/50 on Lite.

Three parts means the start, a demo of the approved design and the final after launch; on Lite there are two: an advance and the finish.

The amount and the schedule are in the contract, so no instalment grows because of an "estimate clarification".

On larger builds we add interim acts, so you pay for what is done rather than for promises.

What if we do not like the result?

We approve the layout before it is built, not after, and revisions are part of every stage.

  • If the design does not fit, we show a second direction and you choose between two.
  • If the disagreement is fundamental, we stop honestly: you pay for the stage actually completed and take everything produced so far.

The post-launch warranty covers defects that were in the specification, not new wishes.

Can you help with copy and photos?

We write the copy in every tier, including "Start 500": you talk through the services, the prices and the examples on a call, we structure the pages around the queries your customers actually type and agree the text with you.

Only a photo shoot is billed separately — and missing photos never delay a launch: we work with illustration, motion graphics and whatever imagery you already have.

Most projects start with what is on hand, and the content is filled in along the way.

Do you do Google ranking work?

The technical half ships with every build: structure, meta tags, schema.org markup, sitemap, speed, responsiveness and correct redirects — the site is ready to rank from day one.

We do not sell monthly "promotion", because that would mean promising positions. Instead:

  • we show what to do after launch — content around real queries, a Google Business profile, reviews;
  • on redesigns we take a ranking baseline, a redirect map and monitor the new version after it goes live.

Is Tilda, WordPress or Horoshop a reasonable alternative?

It can be, and we will say honestly when a builder is the better buy: you need a cheap page for a month or two of testing a hypothesis and you are ready to run it yourself.

Once the site is a sales channel, code delivers what a builder cannot:

  • speed and control over technical SEO;
  • deep CRM, payment and logistics integrations;
  • language versions and credentials that stay yours.

WordPress is reasonable when your team already knows it. We build on Astro and React — and we also migrate sites off Tilda and WordPress without losing rankings.

Will the site bring enquiries instead of just existing?

That is the only way a site pays for itself, so every project starts with the niche and the competitors: who the page is for, which query brings a customer to you and what action they should take.

Then the structure around those queries, speed that keeps the page alive before the first scroll, and a lead that lands in a channel you actually use: Telegram, email or a CRM.

We will not promise "+N% enquiries" — we measure after launch and show what moved the number.

How do you work with clients in other Ukrainian cities?

Online, anywhere in the country: the brief, the discussions and the demos happen on video, so location affects neither price nor speed.

  • Cities we work with: Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro and smaller ones.
  • The thread stays in Telegram, so nothing gets lost between calls.
  • Time zones are handled by booking slots ahead of time.

Turnkey website development price: what is included and how much?

The lowest entry is from $506 (₴21,000) ("Start 500").

Individual tiers start at from $699 (₴29,000) for a site-card and from $1,325 (₴55,000) for a corporate site. The estimate is fixed after the brief.

Website creation price: what affects the cost?

The tier (features), the number of pages or products, design, integrations and copy. The tier is set by features, not by the length of the brief.

All add-ons are in the calculator on the site.

Turnkey site cost: what does it depend on?

It depends on what you need: one page, several sections, a store or a CRM. Each tier lists what is included and what is not.

Turnkey website creation: where to start?

Turnkey website creation starts with a brief: what you sell, to whom and which pages you need.

After the brief we fix the estimate; payment is in stages.
